With 25 years of experience working at PLC board level, Steve has had full P&L responsibility for customer-driven businesses across multiple locations. Throughout this period, his primary objective was to optimize business performance by improving efficiency, productivity and utilisation. He consistently innovated new ways to drive progress and remains passionate about seizing opportunities for improvement.
He was then founder and CEO of an SME business group focused on delivering exciting products in a crowded marketplace. Since 2016,
Steve has served as a Non-Executive Director and Chair for a diverse
range of companies.
