
Kim Cutler
Kim Cutler is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Mentor Coach and Assessor with nine years' coaching experience and more than a decade in Operations for the hedge fund industry.
She works predominantly with senior leaders, executives and business owners, supporting individuals stepping into larger leadership roles, joining executive teams, moving into C-suite positions and navigating the challenges that come with increased responsibility and visibility.
Kim has worked with clients across financial services, banking, technology, education, retail, the public sector and professional services. Her experience includes supporting leaders within organisations such as Ingram Micro, Network Rail, Camden Council and Cambridge Judge Business School, alongside founders and senior leaders within SMEs and growing businesses.
Alongside executive coaching, Kim specialises in leadership diagnostics, combining psychometrics with bespoke interview-based 360-degree feedback. Through structured conversations with key stakeholders, peers, direct reports and senior leaders, she helps clients gain a clear understanding of how they are experienced by others and where they can have the greatest impact.
Her approach is direct, practical and compassionate. While coaching remains at the heart of her work, she draws on mentoring where appropriate, helping clients strengthen specific leadership and interpersonal skills while developing the self-awareness and confidence needed to lead effectively.
